YES!... If you have an active Coco Fitness subscription from my previous platform, you will have full access to your membership until March 31, 2022. This means you will be able to finish the Coco Fitness program for the remainder of the time you signed up. After your monthly or yearly subscriptions are up, the platform will cancel your membership and you won’t be billed anymore.
Yes, you can. If you wish to cancel your membership, you can do so at anytime. To can cancel in the app, go to your profile settings, click manage subscription, and then cancel. You can also use the web portal login (https://my.playbookapp.io/login) to cancel.
After you purchase my program, you will receive an email with information for downloading and signing into the app (it won't take long, it's automatic). In order for it to work, you will need to make sure to sign into the app with the email address you used to purchase. Simple as that!

FOR GYM WORKOUTS YOU WILL USUALLY NEED A FULLY EQUIPPED GYM.
When choosing weight it always depends on the exercise and your fitness level. Form should always be your priority, and you should always be using a weight that challenges you without forcing you to complete the movement in an unsafe way.
When I recommend reps for exercises, choose a weight that is challenging enough for you that the last 2-3 reps burn and feel challenging without sacrificing your form. For the timed circuits, choose a weight that is challenging enough to keep the movement fluid for the time, but again not sacrificing form. If you are not sure what weight to start with, always go lighter and increase the weight on the following circuit.
There are 2 program options to start on the app: 6 - week gym program and 4- week home program.
