Return Policy on clothing and accessories:
In order to maintain the safety and health of our customers, Coco Fit does not offer returns or exchanges on clothing.
All sales are final.
In the unlikely event that you receive a defective, incorrect, or incomplete order, please contact customer service immediately by emailing email@example.com
Please review the SIZE CHART and item description to be sure your desired item will fit you correctly. Customer service is available for any additional size inquiries, please email- firstname.lastname@example.org
Returns for damaged/ defective items:
In the rare event that you receive a faulty item, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving your purchase at email@example.com to alert us of the damage, then return the damaged items to us. Items returned beyond this period will not be accepted by us, and will remain your responsibility. Upon receipt of the damaged item we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available we will refund the full purchase price of your item. Please note that Coco Fit Shop has the right to assess the condition of the damaged/ defective item. Unless the item is deemed a manufacturer error, refunds will not be provided.
Returns will only be issued if the items are:
1- Unworn, undamaged and unmarked
2- In their original condition and original packaging
3- With the original labels and tags attached
